  • In other news of the Royal Family, "Buckingham Palace plans to rent out the Royal Train to recoup some of its 1.5-million-pounds a year running costs," Britain's Mirror reports. "A Palace spokesman said: 'The options are to allow other Government departments, public bodies and appropriate organizations to use the train when it is in the national interest.'"
