Cameron Diaz, who probably could step into any movie she wants to, is to be one of the three "Charlie's Angels" in the upcoming feature film version of the popular '70s TV show, claims the British Broadcasting Corporation. If the report is true, the "Something About Mary" star will be joining new "Angels" Drew Barrymore and Angelina Jolie. It should be noted, however, that most of the recent TV-to-movie adaptations (except for Tom Cruise's "Mission: Impossible," though it was a critical bust) have turned out to be disappointments, from "The Beverly Hillbillies" and "The Flintstones" to the current (and downright lousy) "Mod Squad."
