It's been years since anyone has been told to kiss Flo's grits. Polly Holliday, who played the tart-tongued waitress on the 1980s sitcom "Alice," said she hasn't uttered her trademark phrase since the show went off the air. "People ask me to say it, but the way I get out of it is by suggesting that they should say it to me," she said Monday in her native Alabama, where she is conducting a series of acting seminars at Troy State University. "They can probably say it pretty well themselves. So many people know people like Flo, who are wittier and smarter than their bosses."
