Robin Williams and Nathan Lane, move over. The next all-star male movie couple looks to be Will Smith and Nicolas Cage. Universal hopes to star them in a new comedy called "I Now Pronounce You Joe and Benny," about two hetero male pals who get very close. Variety reports that Cage would play a widowed firefighter who worries about what would happen to his two kids if he should die. After he saves the life of his buddy, Will Smith, Smith says he'd do anything to help out. So the Cage character asks for Will's hand in marriage.
