Frank Sinatra and Barbra Streisand were named the century's best male and female singers in a new U.S. poll released Thursday, but some great voices couldn't break into the top 10. The Reuters/Zogby poll of 916 Americans saw such 20th Century superstars as Al Jolson, Billie Holiday, Placido Domingo, Maria Callas, John Lennon, Sarah Vaughn, Mick Jagger, Tony Bennett and Edith Piaf left out of the top 10, beaten by the likes of Garth Brooks, Reba McEntire, Loretta Lynn, Mariah Carey and Luther Vandross.
