Rodman Makes Nice

Dennis Rodman is trying to make peace with a college student who claims he attacked her. Rodman, released this month by the Los Angeles Lakers, met Thursday with the woman and a city attorney in an effort to resolve the dispute without charges being filed. The woman accuses Rodman of attacking her Jan. 21 at a hamburger stand. Deputy city attorney Alan Dahle refused to talk about the case because it is pending, but noted he has a year to file charges.
