JonBenet Ramsey's 12-year-old brother, Burke, appeared last week before the Boulder CO grand jury investigating the girl's death, marking the first time a family member is believed to have testified as to what happened the night she died in 1996. According to Denver's Rocky Mountain News, Burke, who was nine at the time of the murder, is considered a witness and not a suspect in the crime. Police say that other than his parents, Burke is the only other person known to be in the family home at the time of the incident. The Boulder grand jury was convened last September 15 but has not yet handed down any indictments in the case.
