A judge has ruled in favor of Hollywood studio executive Jeffrey Katzenberg in his $250 million bonus lawsuit against his former employer, the Walt Disney Co. Judge Paul Breckenridge ruled Wednesday that Katzenberg did not forfeit a lucrative bonus when he left the company in 1994 without exercising a two-year contract extension. Hizzoner also said Katzenberg is entitled to interest that has accrued, and that Disney did not commit fraud. The former head of the Disney film unit, who is now part of DreamWorks, was a member of the Eisner-led team that revived the company in the '80s.
