Heather Locklear is coming close to joining the cast of the ABC sitcom "Spin City," according to "Access Hollywood." Though Locklear lives in L.A. and the Michael J. Fox show shoots in New York, details are reportedly being hammered out. Meanwhile, Locklear's husband Richie Sambora will be in the New York area this fall, making an album with Bon Jovi.
