Municipal Court Judge Lawrence Mira told the former Motley Crue drummer that he was "entitled to more confidence than I have had in the past." But the judge refused a plea by Lee's lawyer to dismiss probation restrictions entirely, though he did loosen some rules. Lee will now be allowed to be in stores that sell alcohol, and he can perform in places where alcohol is served.
