Bill Gates is the richest man alive, according to the new Forbes magazine. The Microsoft CEO tops the list of the world's richest billionaires with an estimated bank account of $90 billion -- nearly three times that of the next richest person, investor Warren Buffett, who has $36 billion. Paul Allen (also of Microsoft) and the Sultan of Brunei tied for third place with $30 billion each. Elsewhere in Forbes, Saddam Hussein is said to be worth more than Queen Elizabeth. The Iraqi leader, with an estimated wealth of $6 billion, is No. 6 on the magazine's list of "The Non-Working Rich: Kings, Queens and Dictators." The Queen is No. 10.
