For the second straight night violence erupted at a Dave Matthews Band concert as people outside a Hartford, Conn., theater threw rocks and bottles at riot police, who responded with tear gas. More than a dozen people were arrested Sunday night on various charges, including assault on an officer, rioting and property damage, Sgt. Ed Pawlina told the Associated Press. The scene was much the same 24 hours earlier when fights broke out during the concert and at least one car was torched.
