To celebrate the 40th anniversary re-release of Billy Wilder's "Some Like It Hot," possibly the funniest movie ever made, The New York Times spoke to its surviving stars, Jack Lemmon and Tony Curtis. (Marilyn Monroe died in 1962, three years after the movie's release.) Jack and Tony played musicians who accidentally witness the St. Valentine's Day massacre and then dress in drag to escape the gangster killers. The Times suggested that today the Jack Lemmon character would probably discover he was gay after all.
