Some 800 die-hard Ricky Martin lovers waiting to get into his concert stood outside in the rain for 90 minutes Sunday in Singapore, says the Associated Press. The delay was caused by lighting equipment problems, but all seemed to be forgiven once the star hit the stage. This is Ricky's second appearance in Singapore. His concert last year marked the first time concert-goers in the conservative city-state were allowed to dance during the show under new relaxed laws.
