Aidan Quinn will portray Paul McCartney and Jared Harris will play John Lennon in VH1's third original TV movie "Two of Us," reports Variety. The film will be set in 1976, six years after the breakup of the Beatles, when, according to rock lore, Paul paid John an uninvited visit to his apartment in New York. Though such a meeting never occurred, the film (to be directed by Michael Lindsay-Hogg, whose credits include the Beatles' last film together, "Let It Be") will explore the question of what might have happened had the encounter really come to pass. Shooting is scheduled to start in October.
