A movie producer has settled his lawsuit against Leonardo DiCaprio and Tobey Maguire, but the movie at issue in the suit will not be seen by American audiences. Filmmaker David Stutman sued DiCaprio for $10 million, accusing him of conspiring to prevent the release of "Don's Plum," a small-budget movie DiCaprio made with Maguire before he became a major star. The plaintiff said Maguire was unhappy with his performance in the picture and got DiCaprio to go along with a campaign to prevent it from being shown. Under the settlement, "Don's Plum" may be shown anywhere in the world -- except in the U.S. and Canada and their territories.
