Husband-and-wife actors Ryan Phillippe ("I Know What You Did Last Summer") and Reese Witherspoon ("Election") are the proud parents of a baby daughter who was born last Thursday, Sept. 9 (9/9/99), the day before Phillippe turned 25. (Witherspoon is 23). The baby's name has not been disclosed, but she weighed 7 pounds at birth, and both mom and the baby are said to be doing fine. Her parents appeared together in the movie "Cruel Intentions."
