Ashley's Stalker Released
A Kentucky man who pleaded guilty to stalking "Double Jeopardy" star Ashley Judd has been released from the county jail. "I just told her I'm sorry about what I done and it won't happen again, and I'm going to abide by her wishes," Guy P. Dukes told WKRN-TV after a judge placed him on probation Tuesday. Judd "wasn't really interested in punishing him," prosecutor Ron Davis said, "but wanted to make sure he stays away from her." Judd, 31, called 911 on Sept. 27 after discovering Dukes in her rural home. He left at her request and did not touch her, police said. Dukes could be jailed if he violates his probation. A civil order also requires him to stay 100 feet from Judd and her residence.
