Michael Jackson's divorce settlement to his second wife, Debbie Rowe, will be $8 million, according to published reports, which also say he will receive primary custody of the couple's two children, Prince and Paris. Jackson's spokesman, Howard J. Rubenstein, refused to comment on the reports, other than to say, "The divorce was an amicable parting." The Jacksons petitioned for divorce in Los Angeles two weeks ago.
