Baby One More Time." Will Smith was awarded Best Male and Backstreet Boys were honored as Best Group at the ceremony, which marked the largest gathering of music and movie stars in Ireland. Among those in attendance: Pierce Brosnan, Mick Jagger, Geri Halliwell and Carmen Electra. Spears was as talkative as an excited teenager can be. "I just can't believe it," she told PEOPLE.
