President Clinton has officially entered the world of cyberspace, reports the Associated Press. The baby boomer Prez spoke with computer users this week for a virtual Town Hall meeting. ''Like FDR's fireside chats and President Kennedy's live press conferences, this first presidential town hall meeting on the Internet taps the most modern technology for old-fashioned communication between the American people and their president," said Clinton. The President answered questions about a wide range of subjects from health care reform to Y2K. Responding to a question from one concerned citizen on the latter, he said, "The United States is doing fine and I wouldn't hoard food and I wouldn't hide."
