The secret contents of her very specific instructions were reportedly leaked during a recent state visit to South Africa. The way she has to have it in her hotel room: crisp white sheets and a breakfast of whole-wheat toast, oatcakes and English marmalade, no carnations or spicy foods -- and no TV sets in her room. The Queen has yet to respond to the report.
