Nicole Kidman Injured

Nicole Kidman suffered a broken rib in Sydney, Australia, earlier this month while filming a dance for her current movie "Moulin Rouge," Variety columnist Army Archerd reported on Tuesday. After a two-week rest the actress returned to work, only her pain was still extreme and "aggravated by the picture's period corset costume," said Archerd. Although director Baz Luhrmann had been able to shoot around her, he has since shut down production until she recovers fully. Kidman's husband, Tom Cruise, is reportedly at his wife's side, since he is already in Sydney, shooting some retakes for his "Mission: Impossible" sequel.
