Sylvester Stallone has agreed to replant hundreds of trees and bushes cut down on his Miami property without city approval. Stallone, who recently negotiated to sell his waterfront mansion for $16.2 million, settled the case last week, according to his attorney, Neal S. Litman. "Mr. Stallone had no knowledge that the trees had been taken down," said Litman. "Someone on his staff removed the trees on his own." Nursery owners estimated the cost of the settlement at $200,000 to $500,000. In addition to replanting 173 trees that are 20 feet tall (at least), the restoration project requires Stallone to buy 1,488 small trees and brush, and have them landscaped. He also will replace a rare native hardwood hammock.
