It's official: Warren Beatty won't run for President. This time, anyway. After months of dodging the issue (a political trait for sure), the actor-director has told Vanity Fair magazine clearly, "I'm not running now. I think the question is: Can I be effective at another time?" Beatty, who was nominated for an Oscar for 1998's "Bulworth," in which he played a poltician, appears on the magazine's February cover with wife Annette Bening. Who Beatty might vote for now that he's not running is anyone's guess. The liberal actor hasn't endorsed a candidate.
