Simmmons's Show Sued

In other lawsuit news, "Move, groove and lose" diet guru Richard Simmons is facing the music for the name of his recently canceled daytime syndicated TV show. A Nevada church is suing the producers of "Richard Simmons' Dream Maker" for trademark infringement, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The suit says the church's wedding-planning service, reportedly called "The Dream Maker" since 1981, was damaged by Simmons's use of the name. On the series, Simmons granted wishes to viewers but low ratings caused its cancelation.
