Streisand 'Stalker' Freed
Charges were dropped Tuesday against a tabloid photographer who was arrested after Barbra Streisand and James Brolin complained they were being stalked. Wendal Wall, 28, who lives near the couple in Malibu, was arrested Saturday and held on $1 million bail. He was freed after prosecutors found insufficient evidence that Wall had stalked or threatened the couple. Outside the Malibu jail on Tuesday, several people supporting Wall carried placards and chanted "Free Wendal." As Wall emerged, he clutched an evaluation from the district attorney's office. "This says that I didn't break the law and she had me arrested for no apparent reason," he said, adding: "I'm still going to take her picture. This is not going to stop me. It's my job."
