Wynonna's Guy Shuts Up

In another famous divorce case, Wynonna Judd's ex-husband has a chance to avoid a 50-day jail sentence for being found guilty of violating the terms of their June 1999 split by talking to the press. Under terms of a court agreement signed this week, Arch B. Kelley III has two months to prove he was paid only $5,000 by the Star supermarket tabloid for an interview, and then repay the magazine. Kelley was found guilty Dec. 14 of criminal contempt for violating the agreement by speaking to reporters from the Star and the Tennessean. As for Wynonna, she begins a reunion tour with her mother Naomi Judd on Feb. 4 in Denver.
