Forget Oscar Already
"Big Daddy," "The Blair Witch Project," "The Haunting," "Star Wars: Episode I -- The Phantom Menace" and "Wild Wild West" were nominated as 1999's Worst Movies by the Golden Raspberry Foundation. "I think this is the first time that major, major box office hits have made the list," foundation president John Wilson told the Associated Press. (In case you haven't guessed, the 475-member group of movie buffs spoofs the Oscars. It even hands out its Razzies on March 25, on the eve of Oscar night.) Among the nominees in the worst acting categories: Kevin Costner (for both "For Love of the Game" and "Message in a Bottle"), Adam Sandler ("Big Daddy"), Robin Williams ("Bicentennial Man"), Heather Donahue ("Blair Witch"), Melanie Griffith ("Crazy in Alabama") and Catherine Zeta-Jones ("Entrapment" and "The Haunting"). The winners are not expected to accept in person.
