The defense lawyer for Ronald Bailey, 41, who stands accused of harassing Brooke Shields -- including sending her nude pictures of himself -- said in a Los Angeles courtroom Thursday that there is not enough evidence to prove Bailey was armed or even stalking the "Suddenly Susan" star, 34. The Bailey trial is scheduled to begin on April 7. He's been in jail on $500,000 bail since cops busted him on Jan. 10. At Thursday's hearing, Bailey repeated his not guilty plea to charges of stalking Shields with a handgun and being a felon in possession of a firearm. Under cross examination Thursday, a detective in the case admitted that Bailey's fingerprints could not be found on a .25-caliber semi-automatic pistol that police say Bailey brandished at them before his arrest. Bailey did not speak during his court appearance, and Shields has not been in court for any of the proceedings.
