'Millionaire' Marches On

Anglo culture is spreading. The unstoppable "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire," which started life on British TV, is moving to the Land of the Rising Sun. Fuji Television has bought the rights to produce a Japanese version of the British and American TV sensation, marking the first time a British quiz format has journeyed to Japan. Meanwhile, the British Broadcasting Corporation announced on Monday that Russian state broadcaster RTR has paid big rubles to show all 365 episodes of the pre-school children's show "Teletubbies." So Tinky-Winky goes from purple to red.
