He may never have given away $1 million, but that's not going to stop Ben Stein from lampooning Regis Philbin. Stein, the sardonic host of Comedy Central's droll quiz show "Win Ben Stein's Money," plans to parody ABC's "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire" on Tuesday, March 28. (As opposed to Philbin's program, Stein's consistently poses difficult questions.) Ben, who is a tweed and sneakers kind of guy, will don the Regis outfit -- monochromatic black suit, black shirt and black tie -- and the set will feature mood lighting and smoke. (That ominous music is expected on the soundtrack, too.) And the prize after such questions as "What is your first name?" Half a million pennies.
