Mariah Carey, 30, was forced to cancel her Boston concert appearance at the FleetCenter last night and is in the hospital for a couple days at least, said a spokesperson for Massachusetts General. The pop diva has an apparent case of food poisoning, and some raw oysters she ate after her Saturday night performance in Atlanta are being blamed. Carey flew to Boston after the Atlanta concert and was already feeling the ill effects of the meal. With no relief in sight, on Monday she checked into the hospital, where she was hooked up to IVs to treat her for dehydration. She is listed in fair condition. Carey's Boston concert has been rescheduled for April 13. She hopes to make her show in Toronto, which is scheduled for this Friday, though so far no decision whether or not to proceed has been made, according to her publicist.
