Lucy Does a Godiva
Right up there with the classic "I Love Lucy" grape-stomping episode is the one set in the candy factory, where Lucy and Ethel can't keep up with the conveyer belt. So what's the new product in the merchandising world? "I Love Lucy" chocolates, to hit store shelves next month via the Colorado-based Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. "To put Lucy together with chocolates and create a lasting tribute to my parents and 'I Love Lucy' . . . has been a dream of mine for over a decade," Lucie Arnaz, daughter of the late Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz, said in a statement. According to Rocky Mountain, an entire line of candies will be tied into the Lucy name, though so far no flavors have been announced. Vitameatavegamin, perhaps?
