Woody Allen, who two decades ago was a cult favorite among college students, is going back to school. The New York Times reports that the Woodman will hit the college circuit next month, touring film departments, screening his new movie and participating in question and answer sessions with students. The schools on the tour are New York University (May 2), the University of Chicago (May 4), UCLA (May 8) and Harvard (May 19). Allen's new movie, "Small Time Crooks," in which he stars with Tracey Ullman and Hugh Grant, also marks Woody's return to slapstick comedy. Viewers may find it highly reminiscent of "The Honeymooners," though the movie's Elaine May character harks back to the comedy of George Burns's funny wife, Gracie Allen.
