The final tally is not in for Mary Kay Letourneau, the ex-grade school teacher convicted of child rape for her relationship with one of her students (who fathered two of her six children). Currently serving 7 1/2 years in a Seattle prison, Letourneau, 38, is still eligible to receive payments for books, movies and interviews, a judge ruled Tuesday. A TV movie last year about the ex-teacher's relationship with 12-year-old Vili Fualaau, starring actress Penelope Ann Miller as Letourneau, scored high in the ratings, and she is said to be working on her memoirs. Last week, Fualaau, who is now 16, and his mother sued the school district for more than $1 million, claiming that authorities failed to protect the boy against Letourneau's advances.
