Teen country superstar LeAnn Rimes filed a lawsuit against her father and former co-manager, claiming the two are responsible for spending more than $7 million of her earnings. In papers filed in Dallas County Court on May 2, Rimes, 17, accuses Wilbur C. Rimes and Lyle Walker of taking money from LeAnn Rimes Entertainment Inc. for personal use. Rimes and her mother, Betty, are suing for unspecified damages. (Rimes's parents divorced last year.) "It would appear that her father didn't always act in a fatherly way to her," her attorney Tom Rhodus told The Dallas Morning News. The lawyer for her father calls the accusations "completely false" while a representative for Walker claims that his client is actually owed money.
