A Los Angeles woman, Catherine Sheehan, who allegedly received a $32,500 legal settlement from Jack Nicholson, is attempting to overturn that agreement. The money, reports Reuters, came after she and another woman were allegedly promised $1,000 each to have sex with the actor in 1996. Instead, according to Sheehan's lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court, when she asked for the fee, he lost his temper, pulled her hair, slammed her to the floor, then tossed her into the garden outside. The $32,500 was in exchange for her to remain quiet about the incident, say court papers. In her suit, she is claiming that since the alleged beating she has amassed more than $60,000 in medical bills and has been unable to work at her job in a video distribution firm. Lawyers for Nicholson, 63, have not commented.
