Tommy Lee, 37, is wrapping up a weekend stay at a Los Angeles jail, after being locked up for violating his parole. On Friday, Malibu Judge Lawrence Mira sentenced the troubled rocker to five days behind bars after hearing testimony that Lee shared a drink with his ex-wife Pamela Anderson on New Year's Day. Under terms of a 1998 conviction for felony spousal abuse (Lee pleaded no contest to kicking Anderson while she was holding their baby son), Lee is to stay away from drugs and alcohol. On Friday, the judge ordered Lee to attend Alcoholics Anonymous meetings and extended his probation until May 2003. Although Anderson and Lee reconciled last year following his release from prison, their plans to remarry in a ceremony on Valentine's Day never came to fruition.
