There's been an update in the condition of Celine Dion, who admitted to having undergone "two small operations" this week but refused to disclose the nature of the procedures. That news was revealed to reporters by her husband-manager, René Angelil, who admitted at a Montreal event on Wednesday that the singer faced the knife in order to improve her chances of having a baby. "Celine is not pregnant," Angelil said. "We will know on June 10 if she is. We hope it will be the case." Dion is resting after the May 25 and 28 operations, which apparently took place in a New York fertility clinic. She currently is on a two- to three-year break from performing, having said that she wants to spend time with her husband and start a family.
