The Kennedy wives are coming to TV. NBC has cast its upcoming miniseries, "Women of Camelot" (based on the recent book "Jackie, Ethel, Joan: Women of Camelot"), with Jill Hennessy of "Law & Order" landing the most formidable role: Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis. According to the Hollywood Reporter, Lauren Holly will play Ethel Kennedy, the wife (and widow) of Robert F. Kennedy, and Leslie Stefanson, who appeared in the movie "As Good As It Gets," will play Joan Kennedy, the first wife of Teddy Kennedy. The four-hour miniseries is set to air Nov. 5-6 -- pitting its first installment against another miniseries on CBS. Its title? "Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy Onassis."
