Rocker Tommy Lee has been given an ultimatum by Malibu Judge Lawrence Mira. "Commit to sobriety," the jurist told Lee, or else "you're going to come back to this court, and it'll be a very unhappy experience for you." The former drummer for Motley Crue served five days in the Los Angeles County Jail for drinking alcohol, which was in violation of his parole in a domestic violence case involving ex-wife Pamela Anderson.
