While fans gathered outside, chart-busting rapper Eminem, 27, was arraigned in a Warren, Mich., courtroom Wednesday on two felony weapons charges stemming from a weekend brawl outside a suburban Detroit nightclub. He allegedly pulled an unloaded gun on a man who tried to kiss his wife, Kimberly Mathers. (Eminem's real name is Marshall Mathers, as in the name of his No. 1-selling album, "The Marshall Mathers LP.") Witnesses told prosecutors that when he pointed the gun at the other man, Eminem shouted, "I'm going to kill you." The rapper reportedly applied for a gun-carrying permit last October, though he failed to attend a safety course required by law. Reuters reports the Grammy winner wore a dark suit, shirt and tie and remained mum while a plea of not guilty was entered on his behalf. He was released on a $100,000 bond and ordered to let the court know his whereabouts on his upcoming two-month concert tour. He is next scheduled to appear in court on July 11, though that may change in order to accommodate his music tour.
