Ratings: Sports and Stamina Competition

"Survivor" and the NBA Finals made impressive showings last week, as did the ubiquitous "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire." CBS's "Survivor" keeps building its audience, and without competition from NBC's basketball coverage and ABC's "Millionaire" (which is no longer running against the CBS show), tonight's installment of the desert isle challenge is expected to enjoy its highest numbers yet. As for the June 12-18 Top 10 shows, according to Nielsen (a rating point represents 1,008,000 households, or 1% of the nation's estimated 99.4 million TV homes):
1. "Who Wants to be a Millionaire - Tuesday," ABC, 16.3, 16.41 million homes.

2. "Who Wants to be a Millionaire - Sunday," ABC, 15.1, 15.20 million homes.

3. "Survivor," CBS, 14.6, 14.76 million homes.

4. "Who Wants to be a Millionaire - Thursday," ABC, 14.5, 14.59 million homes.

5. "NBA Finals Game 4: L.A. Lakers at Indiana," NBC, 13.1, 13.17 million homes.

6. "48 Hours - Monday," CBS, 10.6, 10.65 million homes.

7. "NBA Finals Game 5: L.A. Lakers at Indiana," NBC, 10.0, 10.04 million homes.

8. "NBA Finals Tip-Off Game 4," NBC, 9.0, 9.03 million homes.

9. "CBS Wednesday Movie: 'Addicted to Love,' " CBS, 8.9, 8.92 million homes.

10. "The Practice," ABC, 8.8, 8.84 million homes.
