"Survivor" and the NBA Finals made impressive showings last week, as did the ubiquitous "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire." As for the June 12-18 Top 10 shows, according to Nielsen (a rating point represents 1,008,000 households, or 1% of the nation's estimated 99.4 million TV homes):

6. "48 Hours - Monday," CBS, 10.6, 10.65 million homes.

7. "NBA Finals Game 5: L.A. Lakers at Indiana," NBC, 10.0, 10.04 million homes.
