Ramona Gray's getting booted off the island helped CBS's "Survivor" hit No. 1 in the Nielsen prime time TV ratings for the week of June 19-25. The reality-based island show is now in its fourth week and gaining more viewers as time goes by. The program will run a total of 13 weeks. (A rating point represents 1,008,000 households, or 1% of the nation's estimated 99.4 million TV homes.) Last week's other top TV survivors:
