More trouble for country star LeAnn Rimes, 17. Her doctor has ordered her to two to three months of vocal rest after he diagnosed a strained right vocal cord. The prescription puts the kibosh on the scheduled start of her 30-date national concert tour on July 13, though she does hope to reschedule, said her publicist. There's more news about Rimes's troubled family life, too. Last month, Rimes's mother Belinda sued her ex-husband (and LeAnn's father), Wilbur Rimes, on LeAnn's behalf, claiming that he and a former manager cheated the star out of millions of dollars with a fraudulent contract. This week, Wilbur fought back, filing a petition that says he and Belinda split most of the management and producer fees he received from their daughter's career. Wilbur's lawyer claims that he's got the check stubs to prove it.
