The writing is on the wall for the ABC sitcom "Norm." The restroom wall, that is. The network has announced that the sitcom starring Norm Macdonald will be advertised above urinals in New York and Los Angeles, as befits the crass character played by the comic on the show, says ABC. "They're called restroom panels," network marketing executive Alan Cohen told Television Critics Association reporters in Southern California. The exec admitted that he expected the scribes to write that "ABC is going down the toilet this fall."
