Brad and Jennifer: They Do
It's the end of an era -- or, at least, of the single life for two Hollywood stars. Brad Pitt, PEOPLE's Sexiest Man Alive in 1995 and "Friends" star Jennifer Aniston are getting married. The couple's publicist confirmed the news that Pitt, 36, and Aniston, 31, will tie the knot sometime this weekend. News of the nuptials, which sources say will take place on an ocean bluff in Malibu before 200 friends and family members, follows months of denials by the couple's reps that such an event was about to occur, or that Brad and Jennifer were even engaged. Pitt and Aniston have been dating since the spring of 1998, following his highly publicized 1997 breakup with Gwyneth Paltrow, to whom he was engaged. He was also previously involved with actress Juliette Lewis ("Cape Fear"). Aniston's former serious squeezes include actor Tate Donovan (the voice of Hercules in the 1997 Disney animated feature) and, lead singer for the band Counting Crows, Adam Duritz.
