Brad and Jennifer: Hitched!
Traffic along Malibu's Pacific Coast Highway was shut down and access to the beach restricted on Saturday. Another mudslide? No, the nuptials of Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston, already called "The Wedding of the Century" in some quarters and carrying a pricetag said to be $1 million. (Among the costs, according to reports: $300,000 for catering, $100,000 for a security team, another $100,000 for entertainment that included the Gipsy Kings, $85,000 to lodge out-of-town guests, $75,000 for flowers and $20,000 for fireworks that culminated in a heart-shaped display over the Pacific.) The bride, 31, and groom, 36, were said to have demanded that guests and wedding workers sign a confidentiality agreement, which explains the lack of details about the event or where the couple might be honeymooning today. The 200 guests under the huge white tent erected on the ocean-bluff estate of TV producer Marcy Carsey reportedly included Cameron Diaz and most of Aniston's "Friends" -- Lisa Kudrow, David Schwimmer, Matthew Perry and Courteney Cox Arquette with her husband, David Arquette -- along with Pitt's "Fight Club" costar, Edward Norton and his date, Salma Hayek, as well as David Spade, Jon Lovitz and Kathy Najimy. Aniston's estranged mother, Nancy Aniston, apparently was not in attendance.
