The perils of live television became evident yesterday morning, when a woman opened her blouse outside the "Today" show studios in New York's Rockefeller Center and then proceeded to flash the TV audience. "Did you see that?" mouthed the show's host Katie Couric, who otherwise didn't react to the sight. The stunt has been blamed on a local New York radio station and was snipped from later airings of "Today" for time zones in the West. NBC publicist Allison Gollust told the Associated Press that the incident was "the first of its kind" since the show began broadcasting from its street-level studio six years ago. Viewers with good memories, however, may recall that, in 1998, "Today" weatherman Al Roker found himself on the bad side of prank, when a man in the crowd pulled out a rubber phallus.
